James did an excellent job. He removed old carpet from our basement steps and sanded the wood so it can be painted. James added floating shelves to our living room wall, plugged a hole over our bay window where bugs were getting in, and secured our dishwasher with additional screws so it doesn't move around. He was very professional and polite. He also gave me some suggestions for placing non-skid treads on our steps. We will definitely ask for him again.

Keith and Justin came out to our property and put in a new fence and gate for us on each side of the house. They did a great job and did the work to the specifications that I asked them to. These guys work hard and I recommend them to anyone who needs any work done at their house. This is the seventh time I’ve used them and I’ve never been disappointed.

Today was the first time that Ace Handyman came to my home and I am very happy with this company. I will definitely call them again for service and I will definitely ask for Mark Davis. I had a variety of things that needed to be done and he completed it all perfectly. One task was with a new oven range that wasn't properly installed at delivery. It needed to be raised and the legs were bad. Mark had the ingenuity to figure out the perfect solution. Everything he did looks wonderful! Mark is experienced and highly skilled, and he went about his work with a great attitude. I think he is dedicated to doing an excellent job. I like how Ace Handyman conducts business. Beginning with my first call, I found Rachel Stewart to be very helpful, thorough, and friendly. The company is upfront and honest, and I am glad to be a customer.

For the third time in a couple of months, Ace Handyman Matters personnel have come to our house and done outstanding maintenance and repair work for us. This time Mark Davis drilled a hole in the floor of our screen porch to allow an electric cord to connect patio lights to an outlet. He also repaired the outlet itself. Then he figured out how to realign an old chain-link fence to allow a gate to close properly. It was not an easy job, but he did it well. Mark not only demonstrated professionalism and efficiency but also was a super nice guy. We highly recommend him and also Ace Handyman Matters!

Keith went the extra mile, it cost less than he estimated, and the work was high quality. My street is currently ripped up completely -- Keith had to walk his ladder, all his materials, etc. from a side street to my house four times to complete the work on three days. (Big patch/paint job, so needed time to dry, etc.) Not one complaint, did what he needed to do, did it well, communicated every step of the way, and was very friendly. Also: Rachel over at Dispatch does a phenomenal job as well communicating with you on the expectations, when the craftsman will arrive, and rescheduling as necessary. These folks do #A1 quality work all the way around. With 588 reviews at a 4.9/5.0, it's not hard to see how they earned that rating.

Jim did a great job repairing our front porch. He was always on time and courteous.We are very pleased with his work and would have him back to do more.

James arrived on time and walked me through the job and estimate. He explained the process and options and answered questions that arose. He then did very quality work in a responsible and professional manner. The final product, replacing lots of old cedar trim, turned out very well. Would happily have James in another project.
