Robert came out to install new hardware to our large, heavy, steel front door. Very kind, friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Robert came out and installed a new Pel Pro pellet stove for us. It had to be vented out through a wall. He came prior to the appointment to assess the need and situation and what parts he may need to order. We had already purchased the venting kit but there were couple of other pieces he needed to order. 2 weeks later he came and installed it all. He finished in half the time he quoted us. He was thorough and did a great job. I’d include a picture of it burning warm and bright if i could! Thank you Robert!! Had a pane of glass on our old entrance door that needed replacing. He figured out which side to work from and then got the trim off without busting it. Not an easy task. Got it all back together and looks great.
