I have only been to Dr Shaw one time so far but I'm very pleased with him and his staff. I will be going back for several dental problems.

The only way to know a good dentist is to first go to a really bad one. My mother went to a competitor recently. The wait for her visit was over an hour. The waiting room was packed with people and many screaming children. A t.v. above on the wall did nothing to shorten the wait time and made the noise level in the room worse. The experience was awful. I've also been taken to the cleaners by another local dentist for unnecessary work. The feel of Dr.Shaw's office is a completely wonderful thing. I feel like I'm at a spa. I love that it's quiet. I love the wonderful picture window in front my chair as I'm getting dental work. I love the choice of polish (my favorite is cotton candy). I love the staff and how friendly they are. Dr. Shaw is the best. I don't feel ripped off when I go here. The cleanings are simple and uncomplicated. My insurance is not a problem here. I love that I get email and text reminders for appointments. I won't go anywhere else. I dread the day he decides to retire.

Katie, the dental hygienist, was very professional. She is wonderful. It always feel good to get your teeth cleaned.

My teeth were Xrayed, cleaned, polished, and flossed by Katy, followed by a checkup by Dr. Shaw. He gave me personal instructions for the health of my gums, and encouragemen that I could accomplish better gum strengh.

The office is clean, organized, and everything runs on time! I had xrays done by an efficient young lady. I got a good cleaning by the pleasant, friendly hygienist and a quick check from the kind, knowledgeable dentist. No white knuckles or hyperventilating occurred!

My experience was wonderful today. I was taken back almost immediately and Katy attended to my needs with respect and professionalism. She does a great job of cleaning my teeth and she doesn't hurt me.

Excellent communication and very polite provider. Everyone was very friendly.

My wife called in for me to get my chip tooth look at 2:300 today 3/16/16 and I got my teeth clean instead thinking I was there for chip tooth to get fix, not worth my time. If I would have know my teeth were going to get clean I wouldn't have gone, thinking after my teeth hit clean they would have repair or did a filler of some kind to relief the pain. Now I have to wait two weeks for my chip tooth to get repair or look at again, still in pain no relief.
