I am new in town developed a horrible pain in one of my teeth over the past weekend. I was recommended to try Dr Shaw's office, I called and they got me in within a couple of hours. When I arrived at the office everyone was polite and friendly to me and anyone that walked into the office. I was treated quickly and kindly by both the dental assistant and Dr Shaw and was on my way. I have found my dentist while living here in Hobbs.

I appreciated the excellent skills with which Dr. Shaw was able to remove the growth on the inside of my cheek: from administering the deadening shots, removal & sutures. I appreciated his friendly stories that kept me calm & distracted. I also admired his respect & kind guidance given to his assistant. I was in excellent hands.

I went in today to have a cavity filled. I was my normal anxious self while at the dentist. The staff was friendly and patient. Dr. Shaw was gentle as always. In my opinion, he is the best dentist in town.

I went in as a new patient, everyone was professional and very nice. I felt comfortable, Amy and Dr. Shaw had great "bedside" manners. It's not always easy finding a dentist you feel comfortable with.

Very satisfied with the cleaning. Dr. Shaw has examined my teeth in the past following the hygienist's work, but not always. I have been use to having a brief exam with other dentists. Nice wait area and dental rooms, friendly staff.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They explained everything that they were doing, what it meant, and what I needed to do very well.

Stop charging the patient prior to filing insurance !!!

I took my 4 year old in today for tooth pain. He was very nervous and obviously frightened. Katie was AMAZING with him. AMAZING!! I would really like to thank you Katie. You made Mason's visit so pleasurable for him. He's not scared anymore. Thank you.
