Jim cud I were grateful to Charles Hinton for his services on our behalf. He is professional. He does what he says he will do and he communicates his process and provides the necessary paperwork. Yes, he is excellent.

Another Great Job.
We have done business with Mr. Sparky for at least 2 years and we are loyal customers. Charles, Sam ,Pete and Christina are great people to work with and they have consistently exceeded our expectations. They also have done some very nice work for other members of our family on referrals from us. Our latest Mr. Sparky project was the installation of an outside motion sensing light for our back yard area. Christina set up the appointment and told us what time to expect the installers. On the day of the installation, Sam and Pete let us know in advance when they would arrive and they were right on time. They did the necessary installation and electrical work work in an efficient and timely manner. They set up the new light's operation and explained to me how to make changes if necessary. We are very satisfied with the finished product. When you consider they had to do electrical work in our basement; run a new line for the light; cut into the drywall for the switch; and work outside to do the installation , they cleaned up completely and it was like they had never been here. Our experiences with Mr. Sparky have shown them to be responsive, on-time, professional, experienced, efficient and proficient in all cases. Plus we feel that what we have been charged for each job thus far has been fair and spot-on.

Highly polished service
I had them do a grab-bag of small items (add a three-way switch, add an entrance light, new outlets and light fixtures in the garage, new outlet in the utility room). The experience from quote through job completion was excellent. Superior attention to detail, and strong customer orientation. Not the cheapest in town, but worth it if you are sensitive to quality. Highly recommended.

friendly, personable, reasonable rates and very efficient.
I was very pleased with the service and pricing I received from Mr. Sparky. The workman who performed my service was extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with. He was very efficient, and the pricing was very fair. I have absolutely no complaints.

High Quality and Courteous Service
The job was well done and completed in a timely manner. We took advantage of the free safety check and are taking steps to correct the deficiencies. I would not hesitate to recommend the company to family and friends.

Easy to set up and use!
A great job by Shawn/Sean for a good price. Imhad him out earlier in the year for a lighting failure, and he fixed that issue AND walked me through some other questions I had on smoke/co alarms, etc. he left me a quote, no "hard sell", and left. I contacted Mr Sparky several weeks later, and they honored the quote and out came Shwan/Sean. He did the work efficiently, professionally, and again answered some open questions I had on some other future issues

Outstanding service
The tech came right out and found the problem in minutes on an emergency service call. While it was something I should have been able to figure out, I was very happy with the service the tech provided - he was prompt, polite and concerned with providing the best service possible. I will definitely use Mr Sparky in the future if I have an electrical need.

Timely, professional and efficient
This is the third job that Mister Sparky has done for me. Very professional, timely and efficient in providing quality service. However the add on charge for just coming out should be allocated to to the actual service fee.

I had a bathroom exhaust fan added to upstairs master thinking that it would be completed, but didn't know until fan and electric was done that I needed to find someone else to complete the job of connecting exhaust, if I knew this upfront I would have hired someone that could've done it all, 862.00 dollars and I still need it completed, not to happy

Hello Tim, First, I would really like to apologize about any miss communication. We carry so much electrical stock in our vans there is no room for all of the venting materials. With that being said, we have a standard on passing the venting off to the guys that do that type of work everyday.
