We have used Mosquito Authority for several years and generally don't have any issues. We have rarely seen mosquitoes during the months that we get treatments. However, this year has been quite different. A day after getting a treatment, if we sit on our back deck, we get bitten almost immediately and very often. If we are on our driveway, it's the same thing. We have had to call for a second treatment several times this year, and even after that is done, mosquitoes still eat us up. There has been no value to using the product this year. I think the mosquitoes are on to you. Time to try something new because what you're using isn't working.

Very professional... office personnel... and the sprayers! Much better than Mosquito Troop. Everyone so friendly, polite, and helpful. Ladarius, who did the spraying was so very nice and did such a great job, careful to not get spray on my sliders... extra spray where there was standing water in backyard. Texted me before showing up for appt. Office sent me email 2 days ago to let me know to set up a new appt. because they weren’t going to come because of predicted thunderstorm. Kept in touch with me via emails to let me know in early a.m. they would be showing up that day. I picked them because I saw so many signs on homeowner lawns that said Mosquito Authority... and you wouldn’t let a service leave a sign unless you were happy with them! 😀

The guy sat in his truck in front of the house more time than he did spraying. He sprayed a few trees and some ivy and left. I was working in the yard next door. I looked up and he was gone. It must have been the 75 cent special instead of the $75 treatment. If he was there 10 minutes, I would be surprised. I will go back to Mosquito Joe. At least you know they were there. I would have given zero stars if I could.

We are using them for 4 years now, for those guys that don't believe you that can be mosquito free, I say, try them. Most important for us is if we see there are mosquitoes showing up, we send an email and and they come for free re-spray! You can't beat that. I also use them for pest control, no problems at all.
