Efficient polite service
We have had Mosquito Authority treating our yard for several years now and appreciate that we can sit outside with no bites!
They are courteous, ring the doorbell to let us know they have arrived and get on with the job.

Great company with great customer service!
Had yard treatment - got bit - no hassle - came out and retreated! Problem was probably because of the heavy rain that we've had. ONE bite in 2 years!! Fantastic and worth the money!

Quick Service & no mosquitoes
We’ve been using Mosquito Authority for the past 3 months, and no more mosquitoes. We’re outside a lot on the deck, and I love not having to use bug spray. There was one time I felt like I was feeling more mosquitoes out... emailed them that evening, and they responded immediately - and 24 hours later, they re-sprayed. When they came, made sure everyone & our pets were inside, and used an extra granular product under our deck, where we have some water issues. Excellent customer service.

Mosquito and Pest Control Morrisville
The Mosquito Authority & Pest Authority, (919) 260-4844, are second to none when it comes to customer satisfaction. We called yesterday, made an appointment for today and they emailed me today to follow up on the visit. I believe that other service companies should contact the Mosquito team and ask how they do it. I can guarantee you won’t be disappointed when working with the Mosquito Authority & Pest Authority team.

Attention to Detail
We occasionally have different people provide our monthly service. They are always willing to listen and make sure the job is complete to our satisfaction. Most recently the technician missed 3 hidden catch basins because he was new. He immediately came back and dropped the pellets into the missed rain basins with apology (not his fault as grass had overgrown the grates). They are always willing to make sure we are completely satisfied.
