I have been a customer for several years and have been very leased with the service provided and quick response to any concerns I may have. Today, the technician checked for and treated any problem areas where water may stand prior to the usual treatment. I was very impressed with how thorough the technician was. I have been a client of Mosquito Authority for quite a few years. Upon my recommendation many of my neighbors are also clients. I was really doubtful when I first signed up because I never believed anything could prevent mosquitoes from taking over my yard. I was wrong. Since using Mosquito Authority I am finally able to enjoy working outdoors without lathering up with mosquito repellent. Considering that I have a huge koi pond in the backyard, keeping mosquitoes away is no easy task. Thankfully Mosquito Authority has done that and I could not be more pleased. Their customer service is wonderful. If I had to call them back for any reason they promptly return my call, or emails, and take care of the problem without hesitation. I can't really express how pleased I am with Mosquito Authority.

I am extremely allergic to mosquitoes and they seem to know it. The second I step foot outside they find me. It was so bad this year that I had to retrieve my mail from my car or just leave it in the mailbox until someone stopped by and brought it in to me. After my 5th trip to urgent care this summer due to mosquito bites and countless rounds of steroids to treat the Allergic reactions to the lbites the doctor suggested I call mosquito authority. He uses them for his yard. I had used other companies l with less than satisfactory results. I became resigned to staying indoors. I decided to give mosquito authority a try before having all of my cousins stay with me for a long weekend. I didn’t want to be the only one who couldn’t sit outside. After they treated my yard I saw swarms of mosquitoes for 24 hours - just like they warned me. Then they disappeared. I not only got to sit outside but I actually have gone back to working in the yard in the late afternoon. Prior to treatment I wouldn’t step foot outside after 1:00pm - even if I sprayed myself with mosquito repellent. I couldn’t use my grill to cook in the evening. Now I pull weeds, trim hedges and don’t use any insect repellent! My urgent care copayment far exceeded the cost of having mosquito authority give me back my freedom. I highly recommend them to everyone! I wish that I could give them more than 5 stars. I give mosquito authority a big 👍🏻

We have been exceptionally pleased with our service from Mosquito Authority. It truly helped us reclaim several months of enjoyment from our deck and yard. Previously, mosquitoes cut short the seasons and hours when we could stay outside comfortably. My daughter and I seem to be particularly tasty to mosquitoes, and we noticed a significant improvement over the last two years of treatment. Finally, Mosquito Authority has been great about communicating when services were to occur or had occurred, alerted us when they were on the property, and have been unfailingly polite at every interaction.

Since moving to North Carolina 7 years ago we have used various mosquito companies but have never been completely satisfied until this summer when we Mosquito Authority assigned Tim to our property. Tim has been absolutely wonderful. He is professional, thorough and very friendly. My wife and I eat dinner outside every evening and neither of us have been bitten by a mosquito all year. This is in marked contrast to prior years. We appreciate Tim and is wonderful disposition and work ethic. Hopefully he will return next summer. Great job Tim and we are enormously appreciative.
