We like everything about the service. I love that you offer an automatic plan so we don't even have to think about it. You let us know when you have scheduled a treatment and payment comes directly from our credit card each month. This is our second year, and we started treatments earlier in the season, so I'm sure the results will be even greater. From Tom the tech to Kaitlynn in the office, you guys rock.

They let us know when they will arrive and always show up. They are professional and always let us know that they are there....and best of all NO MOSQUITOS in the past 3-4 years we have been using their services. Thanks Tom and the guys.

Looks good so far
Prompt, professional, clean...and hopefully fewer mosquitos. We're still in the early stages with Mosquito Authority so too early to tell how effective yet. Tom the tech seems nice.

I love the reminders, And good customer service. My dog was home one morning and you left because she came outside because I was not home. Tom called and said you would not do the service but got me in the same week in the schedule. I really appreciated that.

Very friendly. Have only had to have them come back and spray once in 2 years. Tom is always on time.

Monthly?
Service does take care of mosquitoe, but I would prefer the service once a month. The first Monday would be preferable, Tom please call me.
