The product seems to work and it is seemingly odorless. I like the email and text sent out telling me when they will be coming over to treat the yard. The tech Tom is very friendly and polite.

I don't even have flies and I don't need to use the flea & tick stuff on my dog. You're always here on the day the e-mail says you will come and the guys have always been very accommodating. They ring the bell to make sure my dog is inside & ask about any areas of concern I might have. Because there are practically non sects at all I can leave my slider screens open to the deck which makes my dog an extremely happy camper. Last July we had a crab feast on our deck & I swear I didn't see a fly. It was a perfect family cookout!!! Thank you Tom!!!!

started right after sign up; leave helpful notes after each each service so we know they have been there and what to expect. following a call to report some increased activity- after three days of heavy, heavy rain- they sent a technician out the very next day!!! Tom came right away! Thank you for letting us enjoy and re-claim our backyard again.
