Quick response, friendly
I was very pleased with the service we had from Mr. Electric. From the first phone call to the call asking if there was anything else they could do, they were friendly and professional. We will definitely use them in the future.

Experienced, Professional, Efficient
Both men, Jay and Jacob, were very professional and efficient. They arrived on time, did an estimate, did the work they estimated and at the price they estimated. I was very pleased with their work and will hire them again.

Excellent ... again.
Jay was great, as usual. Fast, informative, honest and efficient. Only reason 4 out of 5 this time (after using these guys more than once) is that Jay's helper/apprentice had trouble with the billing and iPad program due to not knowing it, which made things take longer. He also gave a quote for something that wasn't really necessary, as proven by Jay who came back to fix a problem that needed parts ordered. The apprentice quoted over $400 to replace a piece of equipment, but Jay got it fixed for about $150 after doing a little research. Overall, both guys are given high marks; just don't quote unnecessary items.

Pedro Rivera is a keeper! Pedro arrived a couple hours, (Friday p.m.),late because of his previous appointment. He addressed our ceiling fan problem and discovered that a capacitor? was the problem that had melted, but since our appliance was about 30 years the old the part was no longer manufactured. Solution, a new appliance had to be found with the same foot print. He seached the nearest Home Depot on line for a comparable replacement, found there was one and quoted a price. He quickly fetched the replacement. Installed same but had to solo mount, remount and remount beause at High speed the appliance would shimey and shake. Finallly he had to improvise to stabilize the mounting with a device of his own design which I hope won't void a warranty. Pedro departed for his last appointment probably six hours late. His evening plans "shot".

Very Good and Terrible
Your Technician was great, he was very informative and polite and did a very good job on the requested repair. The bad side of this is that the technician cut his hand and bled on my garage floor without cleaning it up nor did he inform me of the incident thus causing a dangerous hazard for me and my family, this is unacceptable! Also, my dryer stop heating after the repair, I called my home warranty company to send out a tech to repair the dryer, I thought it was the dryer itself, but it was due to the work of the tech... the 240 isn't receiving full voltage anymore! So hopefully you will come out and fix this issue plus refund me the $75 service charge that I had to pay out for the dryer service call. Once these items are addressed, I will definitely revise my review. Thank you

Friendly, fast, affordable, knowledgable.
It wasn't a big job, but from start to finish, the guys were friendly, fast and very knowledgeable. I'd definitely use them again if the need arises.

Excellent!
The service was great. On the service date, per my request, I was called and given a heads-up. They arrived promptly and got to work. The work was thorough, clean and very professional. I would use them again in a heartbeat and I highly recommend them.
