Dan and Ron were wonderful! They walked me through the scope of work first, and checked in with me every step to ensure my satisfaction. they protected my furniture and floors, and were professional. Icing on the cake were their personalities! They took moments to get to know a little about my family and myself along the way. I could tell these two love their jobs, I would highly recommend them!

It was Christmas Eve when we called Mr. Electric because we had no hot water and the hot water tank kept tripping the circuit breaker. Our call was answered quickly and our technician , Albert Rehm , arrived and knew right away what the problem was. he was efficient and expert. To our surprise, the breaker box was not up to code ( both aluminum and copper wiring from the 70s ) he not only brought it up to code, but also fixed another problem with the water tank--a bad connection with the wire nut. Both problems were handled expertly and we soon had hot water. We can't say enough how much we appreciated his expertise in handling our problem. We have used Mr. Electric to install ceiling fans. We will certainly continue using them in the future. They are the best !

About 8 years ago I had Mr. Electric out to my house to install ceiling fans and update some of my wall switches. I remembered what a terrific job they did then and hoped for a repeat performance. They did not let me down. It was a big surprise when I called their office and was told they would be able to send someone out within the hour to give me a free estimate and answer any questions. Our serviceman, Ronald, arrived within 30 minutes. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and explained the cost of replacing 2 wall lanterns on the sides of my garage door. He explained their 2 year service warranty that came with the job (that was a big plus). I gave my approval and the job was completed within the next hour. Ronald was great!
