I had to replace a GFI and I tried doing it my self. I bought the GFI and had the wires in the wrong place. They charged $172 and I supplied the new GFI.

Mr. Orozco was a pleasure to have as our service man he did an excellent job cleaned up after work completed and advised me of service member options. The only thing that was a little surprising was the cost from past experience with your company I felt like i should of got some prior estimates with other vendors. Mr. Orozco is a excellent employee for your company.

Technician was incredibly helpful in devising alternative solutions for my needs and then was pro-active about finding the best way for me to cut down the cost. Work was done in a timely manner and I was left 100% satisfied with the result.

Overall the experience with the Electrician from Mr. Electric was good. I did feel that the diagnostic fee to explore the issue I was having was too steep and should have been closer aligned with the advertised 'free estimate' but the technician was upfront about the cost and seemed to believe he could correct the issue based upon my description of the problem. In the end though, the issue was something that could not be corrected without working in the confines of my attic which I preferred to do myself. The Tech. was friendly and gave me some ideas on solution so that was helpful. Just would've been more comfortable with a fee that was about half the amount I paid for the diagnostic work performed and advice.

Made an emergency call and they got a tech to me in under two hours, without an appointment! Service tech got the job done in a timely manner. Courteous and neat. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I had quite a few light fixtures to be installed and the installer arrived on time and set to work. He completed the installation in a timely manner, cleaned up after himself and was able to answer any questions I had.

You guys did a good job. Things I appreciated: call back confirmation the day before; call back confirmation when the technician was on the way; was there when you said you would be. My gut told me the technician knew what he was doing and given that I was having fans with wall controls installed, I wanted to make sure that the job was done by someone who knew what they were doing. Technician was also helpful in explaining things to me. The one thing I felt was that you were expensive, but I weighed that against the confidence that you would do a good job. By the way I tried to write a review on google and the "post" tab was greyed out so it would not take. I gave up after a while. On the yelp the website brought me to a sign up for facebook. I am already on facebook and don't really like it, so I exited out at that point. Bottom line is that I did not write a review at either sites for the reasons stated above.

Despite some concerns about the administrative side of the customer service, I was extremely pleased with the installation.
