Excellent work and beyond
Had a light bulb not working over thr stairs that was to high for me to reach . Mauricio orozco showed up on time and was able to reach and change out light bulb . He also was nice enough to to give me a free check up on my house and pointed issues that are not up to code and could cause future issues . Love this company they go beyond there work

Professional and very friendly
I'm very pleased with the work Mauricio orozco did to install my new water heater. He answered all my questions and even went out of his way to replace some breakers in breaker box that were the wrong brand . An asset to the company

Not expected
I have used Mr. Electric in the past and have been very happy with them, which is why I used them again. This time, however I was less than impressed. To start with, I had scheduled them to come to my home to install 4 LED canister lights in our living room. When their technician arrived I was surprised to hear that he was only there to give us a quote for the job. When I asked why I was told that a permit would be needed to run the lights as a new circuit breaker was needed. By the way, the circuit breaker needed was to be some special type that has a push button on it, my understanding, it is like a reset on a power strip. So he wrote up the quote to include his work and the city permit. I should mention that Mr. Electric has performed other work at my home without a permit. They are the professionals, if a permit was ‘required’, let’s follow the law and get the permit. So now a new appointment was needed to have the work done after I paid for the permit. The permit was approved and Mr. Electric comes out to perform the work. Not that simple as it turns out. A different technician comes out to perform the work and he tells me he is not putting in a new line with the special new circuit breaker, and he would be installing, and wiring the lights – but not putting in the dimmer switches. Why I asked, well it seems the first technician wrote up the quote without including the switches. Now, me being a lay person I only assumed that putting in new lights would, I don’t know include the switches, wrong. Now this technician calls his boss and now has to charge me just under $100.00 more to install the dimmer switches. Now, this is my fault because I did not speak to the boss to complain because I felt it was not going to do any good. So if I decided not to move forward with the job I was going to be out my permit fee, which was almost $300.00, and have to resubmit for another permit under a different contractor. Rather than loose the $300, I agreed to the additional costs. The lights are up, they work as expected. Will I use Mr. Electric again in the future? I probably will look for another company because I feel I should not have been charged the extra money to have my switches installed when it was their technician who should have known how to write up a quote properly. I should also mention that my dimmer switches are Wi-Fi capable and I am still waiting for their technician to bring back the instructions on how to sync up to the switches.

Very Satisfied
We needed to have some electrical outlets moved to accommodate new cabinets. Albert did an excellent job for us. I would reccomend Mr. Electric as this was our second opportunity to use them.
