I needed two fire alarms replaced along with a front door bell. This was done successfully and I had a question about home surge protection. He provided a quote for me and I decided to save another service fee by installing a home surge protector while he was there. I am very relieved that I no longer have to be concerned about electrical surges. I have replaced my sprinkler control three times in 3 years. The technician also pointed out that my electrical box was about 25 years old and may need to be replaced soon so he gave me an approximate estimate to consider. The technician was very professional and skillfully answered all my questions. I was impressed that he wore booties over his shoes before entering my home.

Found other things needing changed or fixed and did not nickel & dime us. They just did them. High quality products and great value. Found underground wire needing changed and found a less expensive alternative for us.They rearranged their schedules to complete the work without interruption. Will recommend Mr. Electric of Burleson to my customers and neighbors. Extremely happy with the work performed!!! Adding them to our community's recommended list of contractors.

I made an appointment the day before. On day of appointment, I received a call from the tech who arrived early. He was polite, professional and was able to complete the task in a timely manner. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I called mr. electric out due to one of my properties having power outage and an electrical smell. They were out within a few hours, checked meter, checked breakers, and fuses. They determined that we had lost one phase of our power from the power company. The tech then called the power company and got us an ETA. After speaking with the office admin, she stated that they could not charge us due to them not doing anything. I said you will charge us because your tech still spent time out taking care of us. They split the service call bill in half, and I was happy to pay it. I will be setting this company up as our preferred vendor and I look forward to having them "on my team"

I enjoyed the professional manner of the serviceman, arrived as scheduled and on-time. Put up outside coach lights with no problems and worked quickly. The cost seemed high but was worth the good service.
