The individual that worked on my problem was very professional, cordially, friendly manner answered all the questions I asked. Went about his work without leaving any rubbish behind, once he completed his work it looked it like the job was done when the house was built. I am happy with the job. i wound recommend this individual to my friends, as long as your personnel work in this manner you will not have any problems vwith your customers.

I spent over a month with four different assessments (all conflicting with one another) and way too much wasted money. Until I called Mr. Electric. Within three days a licensed electric was scheduled - Joe. He called to inform me he was on his way and arrived on time. He took ample to access the issues I was experiencing. He then composed a comprehensive proposal from the least amount of work to completing everything at once. And some options in bundling the critical things first. Even asked ME - "what's your priority right now". Again, allowing me to ask numerous questions and provided clear answers. I felt very confident in hiring Mr. Electric to change out my electrical box and install some new outlets and switches. The price was VERY reasonable!!! (Coming from a single working mom). As expected the appointment was timely and work done professionally. I had a simple question and got a call back over the weekend too! Again if you are looking for quality, trustworthy, professional electric work that’s priced right. Call Mr. Electric – I wish I had called them first!

We are very pleased with the quick and efficient response to a problem that we wanted solved. We called Mr. Electric on a short notice to schedule service on a weekend. The service person Frank M. came out after an hour drive to inspect the repair job that I wanted done and presented an estimate of costs which was both reasonable and competitive. Since I live out of town and have a vacation home in Granbury, where the work was to be done, Frank and Mr. Electric established a time and date for repairs. Due to inclement weather, I had to cancel my return to Granbury on the scheduled time and the company set up a new date for the work. The work was performed on schedule and was well done. When one of th units did not perform as desired, Frank was available to inspect the problem on Saturdays , Saturday evening, and Sunday and finally advised that the unit would have to be re-ordered and a re-installation job would be necessary. I am well pleased an can recommend this company.

I have used Mr. Electric for multiple jobs at two houses and I have always been impressed with the electrician personally and the quality of his work. Most recently, when a set of tasks could not be finished during the week, he came back on the weekend to finish.

The Tech was outstanding in handling my issue. He listen to my need and came up with the best plan to fix it at a great price. He was on time and not in a rush to do the job. After he finish , he took time to clean up . This was a very important project I needed done for my family safety.

A friend recommended Mr. Electric. She was impressed by their professionalism, reliability and electrical know-how. I knew that my hard-wired smoke alarm system needed replacing, as my house is now 15 years old. I also needed a surge protector installed. I scheduled an appointment with Mr. Electric on-line. I later realized I had a previous commitment and had to re-schedule. No problem! The electrician from Mr. Electric arrived on time, prepared an estimate (which I accepted) and then completed the work, all in one trip. He was so neat and even used little booties so that he wouldn't track in my house. Fantastic! I highly recommend Mr. Electric, and will definitely use this company in the future.

This was the best experience. Todd, the electrician was extremely knowledgeable and was sincerely interested in making sure the job was done right. I am sure there are a lot of capable electricians out there but I cannot imagine finding another company like Mr. Electric that cares more about the quality of work they do and provides such great service.
