Technician was great!
We needed Saturday service and only called Mr. E because you advertised NO UPCHARGE FOR WEEKEND SERVICE! Pricing got very confusing after that point. The office and technician don't work out of the same book! The tech tried everything he could by phone to get out of coming to the call. He was finally convinced to come, and then only charged us $59 for a service call. Of course we were going to have him hang 2 lights that would take about ten minutes each ( there were no old to remove!). BUT NOT FOR $152 EACH LIGHT! Now that's crazy high pricing! It took me less than 30 minutes to hang both lights. I paid $59 for an estimate basically! I couldn't get it over the phone.

Electrical needs
Electrical work was performed including grounding, electrical outlet for dryer, ceiling fan installment, and home electrical surge protector that was recommended. The work was expensive but the electrician did a very good and thorough job. He was very professional and dependable staying until after 7:00 pm on a Friday (appointment time 2-5pm) to complete the work.

Overall Good
They were pricier than I wanted or expected. I was a little surprised to see what it was going to cost me to get one plug fixed, but they were prompt, friendly, and most important to me, honest. They told me when they were going to be here, what they were going to do, explained it and the cost and then followed through. I trust them.

Professional serbice
I found the electrician service to be excellent but also appreciated the CV sent to me prior to the visit . It was so helpful to know who was coming, replete with pic! Again, the work was excellent and I love my new chandelier! Thank you!

Professional, Knowledgeable and Prompt
My project was reviewed and I received a quote, had the work done immediately and everything went great. Price was fair and honest, workmanship excellent and clean up done as well. I will definitely keep Mr. Electric in mind for my next project.

Electrical Safety
My main concern when calling an electrician out was because my bathroom outlets would work intermittently. I was also interested in having the main breaker box moved. When the electrician (Todd) came out he checked the GFI box and said it was old but still working. There was no other testing to see what was wrong with the bathroom outlets (of course they worked at the time) but never checked to see why the on/off again issue. I was VERY pleased with having the work done of the moving of the breaker box, but very disappointed that the bathroom issue was not resolved. I got in contact with an electrician from our neighborhood newsletter and he had suspicion of the problem with just a phone conversation. Tim came out, tested outlets and found and fixed the problem within one hour. He was very nice and reasonably priced. I now have satisfaction for my safety.....too bad "Mr. Electric" didn't

At Mr. Electric the safety of our customers and staff are of the utmost importance. I do however apologize that for some reason we were not able to leave with the impression that safety is in fact paramount with our company. We did have service at your location in June of 2015 where a GFCI being reset due to overload was addressed to a point but unable to completely troubleshoot due to the electrical panel being located behind a refrigerator., of which was addressed by our professional and you agreed to move, for safety reasoning. Until December 24th we had no request for plug or any other issues. When called on the 24th we responded quickly and it is my understanding after talking with the professional you were to replace the GFCI yourself. Nonetheless, I do however again apologize that we somehow left you with the wrong impression. Mr. Electric and the local staff do value your opinion, feedback and safety. Thanks and we hope for the opportunity in the future to possibly change your perception.

Fantastic !
After catching an electrical fire in the circuit breaker box in the nick of time, Mr Electric came to the rescue. With Fast dependable service and honest pricing it was taken care of. I highly recommend them when you need electrical work done. I was impressed and very satisfied!
