Great service: fast, efficient, professional
The electrician, Justin, was professional, polite, efficient, and helpful in answering all my questions. Kelley, to whom I talked on the telephone was courteous, helpful, and cheerful. I will return to this company for any further concerns that I may have.

Very professional and fast service
They were able to come out and give me a quote the next day (even for a non-emergency) and fixed it during the same visit.

Friendly technician
Although the electrician did fix my problem and was friendly I think they are way overpriced they charge me over $200 to fix an eight dollar breaker. If it was me I wouldnt pay $200 to fix it a bad breaker but my husband wanted it done right away. Also the technician stated that my master bedroom needed a higher price breaker something ground fault I think he said it wasn't on it but the rest of my bedrooms had it. After the repair was done I asked him did he replace it with the better breaker that's supposed to be on it like he told me he said no they don't even carry that breaker on the truck because it's $50 it's a more expensive breaker. But for $200 charge they should've put the $50 breaker. Since in the beginning he said well someone must replace this breaker in the past because these are the wrong breakers on it they should be the more expensive ones like the rest of your bedrooms well if that's true then why not put the $50 breaker on. I'm giving this review three stars because of the price not because of the technician knowledge he was very knowledgeable I feel that for the service I received to replace a cheap breaker and 20 minutes of work time $200 is overpriced so I'm give three stars because the price needs to be more reasonable.

Thanks for the feedback Jamie. At MR. Electric we always review and discuss the task and the price associated with the task at hand prior to beginning any work, that way the customer can then assess expectations to cost of the project and value.

Where is my short circuit?
Francisco (Frank) Gutierrez was the technician assigned. He conducted in depth diagnosis and identified the short circuit behind the dishwasher. He rewired that area and added an extra feature at the main fuses box to prevent for future short circuit. Very pleased with the service provided for smiling Mr, Gutierrez. High Quality Work, Low Quality Communication
Our tech, Joe Veloz, came out to our rural property to discuss the installation of a temporary pole. He was very personable. He told me that he would have to get in touch with our electricity provider after he installed it. This was the beginning of 3-month process that involved Joe having multiple mobile numbers with full voicemail boxes, having to fully explain our situation every time we called to check in with the main office, and, essentially, just a huge lack of communication between our electric provider, Mr. Electric, and us. Our initial estimate from Mr. Electric was September 21. We just got electricity out to our property on Thursday, December 10. Did Joe do a great job of putting in our temporary pole? Absolutely. He went above and beyond to drill it into the bedrock. Unfortunately, after that, it felt like we could never get in touch with him to finish the process.

I did hear several conversations in the office in regards to the issues with the load sheet, etc. There is no doubt the people involved could have communicated better and it has been addressed. I have used Mr. Electric for years. My home was built in 1898 and requires a lot of upgrades and workarounds on the electrical work. They have always been courteous and professional. They've installed 5 sconces, 2 ceiling fans, 7 exterior lights, 4 outlets, and done wiring upgrades for a new HVAC and tankless hot water heater for me. The service is not cheap, but I think it's worth it to know the labor was done right.

Quality Service in a Timely Fashion
From estimate to final installation, all was done in a professional and courteous manner. The technician Joe Veloz was a pleasure to work with. He not only knew his stuff, but took time to explain to us the proper running and maintenance of the system. His suggestions, moreover, made the installation more complete. The job was completed in a minimum of time -- and always at the times designated.
