Great technician and service
This was a great experience, I own my own service business and wish all of my people wer as good as Johnathan. On time , personable and knowledgeable. I highly reccomend this company!,

Too much
Way too costly. Technician arrived with wrong input box. It was me that found the correct input box, drove to where it was and paid for it myself. The correct box was only 72.00 while the box mr electric wanted me to purchase from them was 269.00. I did ask the technician to install in a different location from originally requested but the only difference in material was 25 feet of 64 wire at maybe 1.00 per foot. It is my opinion that I was way overcharged and unless cost is adjusted and I am refunded the difference I will never do business with mr electric and I will never refer any business their way. Original estimate was 677.00. I moved the input plug 25 feet, provided the input plug at no cost to me electric and the end result was a bill of 748.00. Just doesn't add up.

Herb, thanks for the feedback. Sometimes when the customer supplies part of the materials and we provide the other parts things do get unclear. However, Todd did submit a change order for the total cost once he arrived at the office and requested a partial refund to you since the scope of the job changed and those changes are being processed.

Knowledgeable, fast, and friendly
Joe was a great electrician, very professional, knowledgeable, and he reviewed the job needs and cost thoroughly.
He finished the job in the time he planed, cleaned up, and said if I had any questions or concerns I could contact him directly.
He replaced all defective GFCI outlets with current weather resistant outlets, hooked up an outside outlet and saw that the panel box on exterior building wasn't grounded.

Best in the West!
Joe Veloz is absolutely the best. He's is so knowledgeable and explains things so thoroughly, yet never talks down to his customers. He has provided our home with quality work. He works carefully and is exact in all that he does. He is smart, caring, and honest - great combination. Plus, he is a kind individual. I've given his name to at least ten people already. I would not want anyone else to come to my home for electrical work. Thank you Mr. Electric for sending him to us.

Excellant service
Mr. Electric arrived within their time slot and Jose was very professional and offered all kinds of electrical advise. Thanks so much for taking care of my broken ceiling fan and replacing my kitchen lights. I will be calling again in the future!
