Emery, after receiving your review, my first step was to review the invoice to make sure sure we gained your authorization prior to conducting any work and consulted with the electrician who performed the work. The Tech. arrived promptly. He was very professional. Our problems were analyzed and he provided a cost estimate. The work was completed promptly. I was very pleased with his friendly and courteous demeanor.

Johnathan and Mr. Electric were great
We need more people like Johnathan and Mr. Electric in the service industry. Johnathan was very thorough and knowledgeable about his business. Jonathan was to my house within hours of when I first called. He stayed unti 8 or 9 that night making sure that everything was correct and in working order. He even made two trips to the hardware store to get some unusual parts that he didn't carry on his truck. A big thanks to the dispatcher, Kylee as well. Very polite and a get it done attitude. Awesome job, with awesome people!!

Jonathan is a special one for sure. He pays very close attention to the customers and always provides options that best fit what the customer desires. Professional. Very cordial and understanding. When I questioned him about fixing the sprinkler line, stating to check for leaks, he was onboard and understanding of my concerns. Changes were discussed to improve the job outcome. Treated me with respect. Hired him again for additional electrical work. Thank you for maintaining trust.

Outstanding service
I could not be more pleased with the work done by Justin with Mr. Electric of West Fort Worth. There were many and varied tasks that needed to be done from installing under counter lights, GFI receptacles, outdoor bubble covers, and led fixtures in closets and garage. All work was completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend Mr. Electric of West Fort Worth for all electrical needs.

Quality electric service
I have had mr electric at the house for ceiling fan and two chandeliers installation. Rey the electrician was very professional, quick and does great work. Also, he arrived exactly when he said he would. I have several other jobs for mr electric just as soon as I can find the outdoor lights that we want. I feel as if we have found a trusted company that we can do business with for many years to come.
