When our furnace broke down recently. We called ProAir and the technician was onsite within 30 minutes. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and had our furnace working in very short order.

When my gas - hot water heating system failed in the cold weather, ProAir made a priority of getting on site by rearranging workload to address my emergency. They quickly diagnosed the issue, sourced parts for my system (which they don't normally sell) and got me up and running in no time. While they were at it, they serviced the entire unit and explained all the aspects of the repair. Further, they declined to invoice for any part of the work until it was 100% complete. My strongest possible recommendation for this local company for a quality of customer service and support beyond compare.

Thank you once again Colleen for sending Kris over to check our furnace which had quit operating. Kris arrived within less than half an hour and was able to pin point the problem within a few minutes. He went out of his way to obtain the needed part and installed it while explaining other items to inspect periodically to keep the furnace in operating condition as per our service call last October. We have recently received service from your company provided by Noah. We would like to let you know, that we are extremely satisfied with the service. Noah has been very professional. Efficient, effective, friendly, punctual, excellently communicated, good-value-for-money service - a very high professional standard indeed! Proair have performed various service and repair tasks at our Blind Bay house over the last two years. On every occasion we were totally satisfied with every single aspect of their operation. Having recently moved to a house in Salmon Arm, we asked Proair for complete duct-cleaning, and full inspection and service of our furnace and air conditioning system. The engineer arrived exactly at the agreed time (having notified us 15 minutes earlier of his impending arrival). The quite comprehensive work was conducted very smoothly, with absolutely minimum disturbance to us. In addition to being most efficient, the engineer was friendly and offered a considerable amount of relevant technical guidance and information as well as comprehensively answering our questions. The work was completed precisely within the time indicated by the company. The longer we know Proair, the more we are impressed by them! We can thoroughly, and without the slightest hesitation or reservation, recommend this highly professional business!

We have been dealing with ProAir for years. In our other house we had hot water heating they spent many days getting it set up properly, after that just regular servicing for 15 years. On moving to our little retirement home four years ago, they installed a new high efficacy furnace, air conditioner, hot water tank and fireplace. They have all been trouble free and our little home is very comfortable with just regular annual servicing. Recommend them highly.

It never fails -- furnace troubles on a long weekend. I was amazed when the technician arrived first thing Tuesday morning and in 20 minutes all was back to normal. Thanks Sergei and the Proair team!

We had been having troubles with our 17 year old furnace. Very quickly Mark, with assistance from a colleague, diagnosed the furnace as having a short potential lifespan. The furnace was serviceable with minor adjustments. However, we decided to replace our furnace. A team of 3 technicians completed the entire installation within one day. Working under adverse weather conditions the team had our new high efficiency furnace operational within a few hours. Throughout the installation Mark communicated the progress of the work. Thanks very much to the installation team and to the office staff whom we spoke with on several occasions.

If I could give six stars, I would! So, here’s why. My first contact with ProAir was over the phone with the office staff trying to set up a service appointment for my son’s HVAC unit that had quit. It was a Friday heading into a long (hot) weekend; I knew they would be busy and it was going to be tough to get any help. To my great surprise and delight, the ladies said they would try to fit me in late in the day. I got a call from the owner Steve saying he was running late, but he would come if still convenient for me, or he would come first thing in the morning (which he did - on Saturday of a long weekend!). Okay, so I had a 23 year old furnace that I knew was in the “zone” for replacement. I thought I would get a quote from ProAir at the same time as I got some annual maintenance done. The technician (Dima) was very thorough, and brought the boss Steve back the next day to confirm his ideas and suggestions, which included a number of options. The job took several days to complete, but the install team (Mark & Sigmi) we’re very professional and courteous. The new furnace and ductwork was a challenge, but the improvements to my heating system are palpable. At the end of the day, you have to trust that the people who do the job for you know what they are doing, and will stand behind their work. ProAir does, and will!
