I had noticed some issues with my furnace and called Proair in order to get the furnace checked out. Sergei came to check it out and unfortunately my heat exchanger was cracked. Sergei took pictures of the heat exchanger so no need to crawl around in order to see the damage. This diagnosis did mean a new furnace was required. Two days later Sergei and Kris (and one other person, I did not get his name) returned and installed the new furnace including a new more modern thermostat that involved running new thermostat control cable through enclosed walls. At NO time did I get the impression that they were overly rushed and trying to get out as soon as possible. Kris took the time to fully explain the new thermostat and helped me load and set up the phone app that allows me to check and control the thermostat when I am not at home. I checked around and the Proair price was competitive for a furnace replacement.

Moved into a previously owned condo and was not sure about the service that had been done (if any) on the two fireplaces by the previous owners. Contacted Proair and was very pleased with the timing and the quality of the service. Three days later on a Sunday morning the furnace went out and again a repairman arrived quickly. Thank you Sergio and Steve for your help.

Noah Genn was prompt, pleasant and professional. We had minimal knowledge as to how the cleaning would be done but he explained the process before, during and after the 3 hour job was completed. Other advice regarding furnace filter replacement timing as well as ceiling and floor vent position and opening depending on the season was more than useful. Appropriate protection of our Air Conditioner was also suggested. The cost was more than fair considering the effort required by a true professional. Thank you Noah and PROair.

We contact Proair about having our Ducts cleaned at the end of August as we have been in our new home two years and were not sure how soon they should be done after talking with Julie we were set up with an appointment within days. Noah showed up at the appointed time and was very professional and friendly. We have only booked for the ducts to be cleaned but after talking to Noah about the furnace asked if he could also do it at the same time. Noah was honest about the cost of the total job with the furnace added even giving us a discount. He let us know that it would be noisy and if we wanted ear plugs he had them to give to us, the noise did not bother us at all the job was finished in the time frame stated. We will definitely contact Proair again.

We called Pro Air on Tuesday morning about checking out our Air Conditioner. Within 20 minutes Steve arrived and checked the status of our system. He provided us with a few options. We chose to have the unit replaced and had an appointment the following day. Mark & Cyndy arrived at the scheduled time and got the job done. They were very friendly and courteous and answered any questions I had. Thanks for making this a seamless experience, I look forward to having my cool home back on these hot summer days!

My hot water system went down on Sunday night and I called a few contractors in town first thing Monday morning. ProAir gave me an estimate in the morning and had the job done the same afternoon. I am very impressed with the speed and quality of their work. Thanks Dave and Serge. I also got excellent service from the office personnel.
