I was needing a very specific tile for my 12 year old DR Horton house. I was hoping if I can find four or five tiles "somewhere" I would be satisfied. Within 30 minutes of my initial conversation with Haley, she checked around, found a whole box of the tile I needed. She arranged for delivery to a location close to me in Plano and processed my purchase giving me the appropriate information I would need to pick it up. Was really impressed with the helpful and gracious ways of all employees involved with my purchase! The carpet was on back order but came in much earlier than expected so that was a big plus!! They were almost .75 cents cheaper per sqft that the next closest competitor for the EXACT same Mannington flooring. I couldn't get another retailer to clome anywhere near their price. Sales dept was super easy to deal with and creat customer service.

Great experience overall on assisting with choosing carpet. Contractor for installing was nice and professional. Only issue I had was the installers did not have a drivers license to get in our neighborhood and could not speak English.
