I was given a tour of their showroom. It was well merchandised and very clean. Service seem to be prompt and attentive. Who knew they can do kitchen cabinets. I have referred clients to them when I know they need the quality product and service. I did notice one employee when I was there. Her interaction with her customers was great and she seemed to have all the answers for the questions they asked.

We have worked with Neil Lima from prosource on lots of projects. We actually started doing business with them because of Neil. You never find out how good your people are when everything goes right but it's when things go wrong. And as everybody in the renovation business from time to time something is gonna go wrong. Neil has always bent over backwards to make sure everything got taken care of. Things that was out of his control. He has excellent customer service because he has also worked out in the field and understands the products.

He is quick to respond to you and will contact you as soon as your order is ready. The guys in the warehouse are top notch too!
