When one of the tile batches came in with the wrong finish, she helped my contractor scramble and get the right option within one day. Highly recommend them.

First, Neil came to my home and recommended the perfect color of counter tops, tile, and carpet. It saved my wife and I a lot of time that our busy lives did not need to spend. Then after the products were picked out Neil stayed in touch till the products were delivered. But where ProSource and Neil Lima showed their most professionalism is when the wrong carpet was delivered and partially installed. They made is right and replaced the carpet per the original agreement and we are very happy with our new look in our home. I will always recommend and use ProSource and Neil Lima.

Lot of people sell flooring. Very few have the quility and experince that Pro Source and Brian Frailey have. Would trust them with any client I have.
