Carolyn is incredible I went in looking for flooring for remodel So many styles and choices I had brought my cabinet and countertop Examples She asked questions about my lifestyle , and then proceeded to explain pros and cons of each hardwood I was looking at She picked out some examples ... and the first one was the one I ended up buying. She knows her stuff !!! There was a delay with my contractor getting back to us to get sale item... Carolyn was so helpful in making that happen She is quick to respond to emails and is just such a pleasure to work with

It would take far too long to explain the circumstances that brought me to Carolyn and Carrie at ProSource. Suffice to say, I walked through the door of ProSource desperate and disheartened after being completely let down by my previous kitchen designer and with a demolished kitchen. Within minutes of meeting Carolyn I started to feel at ease and hopeful, I put my trust in her and am so glad I did. Carolyn is not only consummate professional but has excellent taste, she seemed to know from speaking with me just what look I was after and helped me put together the exact right cabinets and flooring. And then Carrie too, what can I say but pure genius. She didn't miss the smallest, teensiest detail designing my kitchen. It's actually even more than I thought it would be, perfectly symmetrical, perfectly beautiful. I didn't even realize until the cabinets were being installed just how much detail had gone into the planning. Not only is the design perfect but also the contractor recommended to me by them is top notch. And that is saying something because I have had a few terrible experiences, going through this remodel, with incompetent contractors. Carolyn and Carrie have been with me every step of the way, always available to answer a question, always willing to make a change. Trust me, I'm sure I would have driven anyone else crazy (they even took my 2am e-mails seriously). They truly are the best, trust them, they'll make your design dreams come true.

I had a great experience at Prosource of Sacramento. My installer (Abreu Flooring) suggested I go in there to look for wood and carpet so I did. I was greeted by Carolyn who helped me through out the whole process. She has a great eye for color and complementing materials and put up with me coming in 5 or 6 times to take samples. I had existing wood cabinets in my kitchen that were making it difficult to find the right hardwood flooring and I knew what I wanted but just couldn’t find it. Carolyn was very helpful with me as I went through this process and dozens of samples to finally select the right wood and never once did I feel like she was trying to get me to select specific product. Then she made sure she got me the best deal possible on the wood & Carpet I selected. I did shop around to make sure I was spending my money in the right place and I couldn’t be happier with my choice to work with Carolyn at Prosource and Cole with Abreu flooring.

Carolyn really saved the day. I was going to use another store for my wood and the Item was out of stock all of a sudden and my wood guy was coming on Monday. This was Wed!! My contractor said let me try Carolyn at ProSource! What a life saver. She pulled samples that matched what I had wanted. I came down and got the samples and picked one and she worked with us to get these ordered and available for Monday and in the price range I had been expecting. She answered all my questions and had great experience on what to look at when picking between the choices. I really appreciated this too! She was so much more helpful then the original place I went. I highly recommend her!!!
