Never do a job without Cindy....
I have been working in custom home construction and remodeling for almost 20 years, and Cindy McHone is one of my favorite people to work with. She is well organized and gets me things in a timely manner. My clients enjoy working with her, too. Her professionalism is appreciated, and I also just really enjoy her as a person. Pro Source, and Cindy, make my job so much easier. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly
We were very pleased with the excellent service provided to us by Emily at ProSource. She worked with us over several weeks to select carpet and laminate selections to take home and look at in our home setting. She always returned our phone calls and answered our questions about the products, installation, quality, etc. We love the carpet and flooring she helped us choose and they look beautiful in our home. I bought a new house and had a crunch time on closing and moving in. Carolyn got my white wool carpet delivered and found the perfect carpet installer for me. Everything was ready and installed on time......seamless experience!!

Excellent service
I had a small order for some flooring that was out of production, in order to do some repairs. Emily was very helpful in tracking it down from the distributor/manufacturer and getting it shipped to me. She took a lot of time for such a small order, including many calls to make sure it was the correct material. Great customer service!

Quality provider
Our ProSource account manager, Brandy Lopez, listened to what we wanted and searched to find the exact flooring we wanted. She knew the samples and pictures available were not showing accurately what we needed so she investigated and found samples of what we did want. Since our installer had referred us to ProSource, she worked with him on timing of product arrival and delivery to our house. It was a smooth and efficient process.
