Our flooring installer, Scott Stabile, who is awesome too, convinced us to change our flooring preference from tile to the 100% waterproof vinyl laminate in our new home. Scott told us to go see Carolyn at ProSource. Carolyn was very professional and personable in helping us decide on the style of laminate flooring. She asked all the right questions to help us decide on plank width, depth, backing, texture and feel. We had some idea of what we wanted but her in depth knowledge was appreciated. ProSource has an excellent selection which made the decision even harder. Carolyn let us take samples home to see how the floor would look with our existing tile and carpet. No pressure because she knew that if we decided on the wrong one, we would have made a costly mistake that we would literally have to live with and walk on. Fast forward to today, seven months later, we are impressed again with Carolyn. We liked the flooring so much, we wanted to install more in other parts of the house. We called Carolyn and she came through with the same product in two days. The floors were installed within a week and it all blends in beautifully with the earlier installed flooring. Great working with Carolyn. She's fantastic.
