Andre and Sergio removed a metal storage shed that had aged into a bad state of rust and disrepair, and assembled a new replacement in its stead. They were respectful and conscientious throughout the long job ("millions of screws," they said), and we were very pleased with the result. Well done!

We were experiencing problems with one of our toilets. We didn't think it was leaking but happily, Elmer, our craftsman proved us wrong. We were happy deferring to his expertise AND yes, the toilet was leaking, an essential piece had rusted through. Yikes! Elmer, not only proved to be an excellent diagnostician, he is an excellent repair person. I appreciated how he informed us each step of the way. Thank you, Elmer and Ace Handyman Services.

I consider myself a DIY person around the house and pretty good for a woman. However, there are some things I am not willing to do. I searched many "handyman" companies and finally settled on ACE. Andre was great. He listened to my concerns and fixed everything. I wouldn't have waited so long to repair the items if I had known I could go to one place to get all repairs done. He repaired: 1. Replaced broken fence slat/board 2. Replaced worn garage door seal. Seems simple but previous owner had nailed the seal into the door which made it hard slide new seal thru track 3. Removed dog door (I dont have pets) and provided secure door 4. Filled crumbled drainage hole with concrete. I had purchased some concrete from home depot. It was the wrong type of concrete one (Glad he told me and I exchange it. If I would of done the DIY the concrete I had purchased would not have lasted) 5. Sealed holes around the house to keep rodents and animals from entering

Arie and his helper did an excellent job installing new shower doors and new framing. Arie picked up the shower doors I wanted when I texted him a picture of what I was looking for and by the time he got to my house his helper had already removed my old shower doors and frame and they were ready to install the new ones. They were friendly young men and adhered to wearing masks and social distancing. Thank you guys!

Our main problem involved a side door to our detached garage that no longer closed properly and thus could not be locked. The door seemed to be deteriorating, but we were not sure the best steps to repair it. Daniel analyzed the situation and quickly determined that we needed a new door because the existing one, now 26 years old and part of the original construction, was rotting at the bottom, as was part of the frame, and had never been protected or installed properly. I went with him to Home Depot, where we chose a new one, but he also had to replace part of the frame, cut part of the frame to make it level again, and do other improvements, but in the end, we have a beautifully fitting new door. This cost money but solved a significant problem, so worth it. He also replaced the ceramic socket for a light in our kitchen pantry, a much easier job. Throughout, he was thoughtful, courteous, and made sure we understand what he was doing or consulted us about choices we needed to make.

Andre from Ace Hardware visited our house today. He was a jack of all trades. He fixed every repair item on our to do list super fast. Andre was prompt, skilled, craftsman like, and super personal. I would highly recommend working with Andre and Ace Hardware. You'll be glad you did.

Front door was difficult to open. It was sticking and out of alignment & door knob was loose. It now unlocks and opens easily. Andre was professional and explained options.

Andre visited my Mother's home yesterday to perform 4 tasks. He assessed the needs, recommended the most practical solutions and got the job done in a timely manner. He is great to work with and the final invoice was certainly reasonable. We'll be using Ace Handyman again for any needs in the future!

Andre has been to my house three times and is completely reliable and does great work. Electrical, plumbing, patching walls, etc Will always ask for him back for my jobs!
