Professional and helpful
The guys did a nice job with a deck repair, and went out of their way to take photos during the process to show me some pest problems so I could have something more specific to show our pest control company.

Professional and Honest
Charles and his crew(s) were terrific, and Martha (in the office) was extremely professional and followed up at every step of our project. They were always on time, consulted with me appropriately as we discovered a few surprises along the way, and stuck to their estimate even when we discovered that it was a bit more work than they anticipated. Highly recommend them, and will definitely use them again myself.

Aaron rendered outstanding service on all projects today. He was prompt and efficient. He showed great attention to detail and came up with creative solutions to challenging logistical problems. I would add a sixth star if I could.

My step was loose in my daycare. Thank goodness I’m the one that took the tumble (I’m ok 👌🏾) Daniel came earlier than my appointment and I was so happy. He finished in NO TIME and I am one happy camper🤩

Thank you Ace Hardware and Harley. I want to commend Harley on the all around beautiful job done. (I had a garage service door installed.) He was very punctual; arriving to the job early. Very patient explaining every facet of the job. Took the time to give me an all-around picture of what the job entailed and all options. Harley also provided estimates on other work it I am considering. Great work done all around. And I certainly would consider Ace Hardware on my next project.
