Doug, thank you for your response. Yes, we did have a few bumps but thank you for being patient as we worked to overcome them. As a Handyman it is very challenging to know all things about everything on every house we encounter but then that is the diversity that the craftsman like. As we are exposed to this diversity we gain in knowledge that will assist with future service experiences. Thank you again for being patient.

Small Project
Tim was great in scheduling Dana to visit my job site and providing a job estimate. Dana was great coordinating the materials for the job and completing the work under the estimated time.

Professional, capable, clean, considerate
Dana completed the task at hand professionally and competently. He was focused and efficient, friendly and non- intrusive. There was another task we requested that he didn't attempt due to the risk involved to the glass slider, but explained why and offered alternatives in detail. Would use this company again.

Great work! Great Service!
Handyman Matters has done work as easy as insulate doors to putting up cabinets and installing appliances. They have been prompt, flawless, and always on budget. We will use them again a snd again.

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Dana came out to give us an estimate for replacing the tile in our bathroom. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in giving us ideas for our bathroom that we hadn't thought of. Don't lose this employee, he is gold!

Dana was very disheveled and did not smell very good, sometimes wasn't sure he was listening. He did arrive 2 hours early, yes I was notified but did ask for 10am not 8, roommate is not always up that early.
