Handyman Matters was referred to us by Dutch's Home Repair (personal connection thru children/family events). From the get-go we received friendly fast service from setting up a time to get an estimate with Tim to the completion of the job with Dana. Our job consisted of bathroom repair. We were needing kitchen repair and in the process of setting that up when the bathroom issue came up. I related the facts to Dana. He came up with an equable solution for both problems. We received an estimate the same day we called Handyman Matters. Dana gave us a complete list of materials needed and set up a time to come out the following week. Since we had previously been working with World of Tiles we knew turn around time needed to get the supplies, Dana set up a time the following week. He showed up a day earlier than scheduled, which turned out to be perfect. The job went as planned and the workmanship was fantastic. We were kept informed of what to expect next as the process went on. While he was here he did measurements for the kitchen cabinets, called back with contact information, and we worked out a plan to get an estimate on the second job. He is not pushy and provides helpful information. We definitely would recommend this company to others. They are organized and easy to work with. They get an A+ for going the extra mile. As for the cabinet job, we are getting quotes from several companies but they are definitely in the running to get this job if all goes well.

My experience was great from beginning to end. The individuals taking apts were friendly and receptive. I was able to get an experienced worker out to my home quickly. Dana was my contractor and was on time, professional and very helpful. He walked me through the materials to buy and was receptive via text as I attempted to gather what was needed. Once I had materials, scheduling the same individual to come out was quick and easy. Dana was within 30 minutes of his original estimate and the work was done well and explained at a level that was attainable. I would highly recommend this company!
