I needed dry rot fixed on the exterior of my home. Martin did an excellent job and I am very happy with the finished work. They were on time and very courteous.

I hired a repairman to fix a leaking window. I thought it needed caulking, but when the repairman looked at it, he couldn't see any caulking failure where the water was coming in. Turned it to be a window gasket failure (need a window expert for such a repair or replacement). I also wanted to have him reattach a gutter that had pulled away during high storm winds. Unfortunately, he didn't have a ladder that would allow him to reach the height necessary to make the repair. I paid the full amount for an hour's work, however when I called ACE to let them know that the repairman wasn't able to help me, they agreed to reimburse me for all for a service call/estimate, which was very helpful.

Martin is knowledgeable and honest. He came in and got right to work. No standing around wasting time with chit chat and running out the clock. He knew how to install all the light fixtures, curtain rods, towel racks and even checked 1 of our toilets. The anchors that came with the rods were flimsy and he suggested we use sturdier versions and everything is affixed to the wall tightly and looks great. We plan on requesting Martin every few months to help us with projects around the house. It’s hard today to find craftsmen with integrity, most are out to take advantage of you. With Martin you know he is someone you can trust. Thank you, Martin.
