I needed dry rot fixed on the exterior of my home. Martin did an excellent job and I am very happy with the finished work. They were on time and very courteous.

I hired a repairman to fix a leaking window. I thought it needed caulking, but when the repairman looked at it, he couldn't see any caulking failure where the water was coming in. Turned it to be a window gasket failure (need a window expert for such a repair or replacement). I also wanted to have him reattach a gutter that had pulled away during high storm winds. Unfortunately, he didn't have a ladder that would allow him to reach the height necessary to make the repair. I paid the full amount for an hour's work, however when I called ACE to let them know that the repairman wasn't able to help me, they agreed to reimburse me for all for a service call/estimate, which was very helpful.
