Chris arrived on time and was very helpful. He fixed everything that was needed and advised on special parts that I needed to order.

Ace handyman, Zachary showed up at my house at the agreed time, he went over the payment cost of the job, and started on my damaged bi-fold doors. Zachary was professional and knowledgeable on the job, after the job was complete he went over the repairs with me and my wife. And we were satisfied with the job.

We didn't know such a service existed! It was wonderful and just what we needed. We knew what we wanted but couldn't do the work ourselves. We didn't have the skills or the tools. This serviceman had the know how and the tools. He was professional, friendly, worked steadily, and left no mess. Job complete! We didn't know who to ask for help and since we didn't need to buy materials from a store like Home Depot, they couldn't provide help. We just happened to see their little Handyman card at the checkout. I think they should promote this service. We were very pleased and will difinitely check with ACE if we ever need more work done.

I had 3 interior doors trimmed and rehung so that they would open and close correctly in the door frame. The doors are in a home built in 1926. They are heavy so when James initially came for his appointment, he determined that he would need someone to assist him to complete the job. We were able to schedule for a return time for James and and apprentice (forgot his name) very quickly. They took great care in removing the door and taking them outside to be trimmed and bringing them back in and rehung. The doors work great now, and they only needed to do minor trimming so they look great too. Some minor paint or stain and they will look better. Evidently they can do that too, but I can easily handle that. Very impressed with them!

Chris was awesome and did a wonderful job. Very professional and knowledgeable about his work. Would recommend him to anyone needing services done.

Quality was good but a 4 hour job turned into 9. Only one person to install an entry doorway. I had to make 3 trips to Home Depot and still was 9 hours. No telling why they didn’t send 2 people they would have been done in under 3 hours. I feel like I was taken advantage of. 1200 dollars to install one door, plus now my storm door will not fit and I need to buy a new one. Stick to a professional install company

We had a smaller list to start with and found builder issues during the repair. Our craftsman showed us the issue, how much additional time required to fix it correctly, and explained how he would fix it. My husband and I were impressed with the work done and will not only hire Ace again, but request our craftsman Chris.

One star lost for an initial communication loss between the scheduler and the technician for the type of service needed. Once that was ironed out, the tasks were completed that morning. Tasks completed: 1- adding wood support in ceiling to hold bathroom vent housing in place. 2- change out lower closer for storm door. I had pre-ordered the replacement. 3- additional jobs completed with extra time including screwing in new indoor threshold and changing out screws of top hinge for sagging interior door. 3-

Handyman did a fine job and was helpful in assisting with payment proceedure. The only frustration was with the two delays of the job was a result of weather. The process of requesting the job, estimate of cost of the job, and scheduling was convenient and easy. I would recommend this service to others in some circumstances.

Overall the experience from start to finish was great from the over the phone experience to the on-site experience.
