This is my second use of the service and both times the results were an exceptional job and great customer service that I believe is truly outstanding. In this instance, I had an unusual service request, installation some kind of "pigeon barrier" which was vague to say the least. I contacted the service and was assisted by Vickie in customer service who took the time, and made extraordinary effort to research products that would help solve my problem. (turns out what I was looking for were "bird spikes"). They offered a full range of service from them picking up and installing the bird bird spikes to me supplying the materials and them simply installing them. I really appreciated that given there was some urgency to getting this done and I was swamped with tasks relating to an extended absence. I felt that Vickie went above and beyond simple customer service in patiently helping me select the right service options and ensured that the service was completed before I left town. The work was exceptional. When I got home that night I found the Handyman had not only installed exactly what I had in mind, but it was placed in all the nesting areas under the eves where the pigeons had staked out gathering places leaving large piles of droppings to mark their presence. Not only were the bird spikes installed as requested, but again they went "above and beyond" simply doing the job by cleaning the pigeon droppings! Bottom line, the service was outstanding and I would absolutely recommend them when you are looking for Handyman help.

My craftsman was actually a ltlle ahead of schedule. After we introduced ourselves at the door he asked pertinent questions and then got right to the job. We had a nice conversation while he worked, but that did not distract him. When finished he cleaned up ajd asked me to inspect the work. He finished ahead of schedule and invoiced only the hours worked. Wonderful experience all the way around.

Randy did a great job at repairing my sprinkler timer. It looks good and operates great. He was thorough and forthright with all the info and did a fantastic job.

Randy arrived on time. Very happy with the sheetrock repair and plywood added to the water heater stand. He was friendly and professional. Would use this service again.

Roger and Randy were honest, courteous, and professional. Within 45 minutes Roger let me know that the bathtub installation would require much more time and expense than what I was originally told over the phone. This was disappointing to me, and I wish I could have gotten an accurate bid before the work started (and without having to shell out $278). I decided to go with another bid to complete the job.

He could not fix my issue , only here about 1/2 hr but was so fair to me . He explained why my cabinet door could not be adjusted. I would definitely call Ace again

I want to start by saying I seldom write up reviews but due to the extraordinarily awesome service and work done by this organization I wanted to share this one. The work done was for a screened in deck for keeping my indoor cats from jumping ship (but allowing for them to enjoy some outdoor time) and to help control the bugs from getting in. The first job was subpar and needed to be fixed. In comes Glen (the owner) and the team, Sid and Adrian, that did the work to replace what was there with what I was expecting all long. First, they recognized the issues from the previous work and considering the investment to get that done, Glen worked with me make the job right and helped me with the overall investment on this redo. Next, Sid and Adrian came and did what can only be described as a truly professional job. Absolutely fantastic and exactly what I was hoping for and expecting from the first job. And all of this in over a 100 degree temperatures. I cannot thank them enough and I absolutely would recommend them for any handyman service work (small or large). So stop looking elsewhere and call them up!
