Reliable/ Timely
Roger here twice to make some changes to an office room. We needed some wall shelves moved. Holes patched and painting. All came out beautiful. Service man was reliable, on time, polite and professional. Day 2 came with helper as we needed some plexiglass mounted to walls. A few minor snafu's with the plexiglass being mounted is the reason I gave 4 stars vs 5. On 2 different areas when they went to install they either cracked the plexiglass or chipped a corner off and glued it back on as a fix. It didn't look "fresh" or professionally done. It was very disappointing. May have been no fault of the tech (not sure if that is difficult product to work with) although, I paid rather good money to have a job completed to a particular standard and that wasn't met. There was no offer of any sort of compensation for that which I wasn't going to go fishing for but was disappointing as it felt like the lack of the offer was not standing by their work
