Painting My New Home Office
The job was to replace truly ugly paint on the walls with a nice blue paint. Paint matching some very attractive chairs in the house was acquired and used, and the painting was done, ahead of schedule and just perfectly. This will have a very positive effect on my life, and I really appreciate it.

Hanging Picture over stairway
The technician arrived on time. It was a large picture that needed hanging and it required some creative balancing on a ladder to reach to put in hooks. It was centered and they made sure it was level. The cost seemed a little high but I certainly couldn’t have done it so was so appreciative to have someone to call. The technician was very polite and I thank Robert for a job well done!

Diligent and Efficient
Had some fairly simple bathroom work I needed to be completed. Robert was prompt, polite and beyond competent. Cost estimate for the job was transparent. I don't believe the tasks challenged him much, but I would trust him with much larger projects.

Friendly timely
The handy man was very timely and efficient. Very nice guy and professional.Pricey to hang closet Rod's was $500.00, a real shock as we used them in the past for counter tops and that was about the same price. DId not receive receipt. They don't answer their calls and don't respond to online appointments. They are under staffed as with everyone now days. So be persistent when trying to reach them.

We are very transparent with our pricing and charge based on time and material not per project. Sometimes a smaller tedious project can take as long as something that seems bigger. I am sorry also you did not receive your invoice. If you reach out to our office at 701-532-2230 we would be happy to get a copy emailed to you right away. We have just transitioned to a new software program and have run into a few bugs were it does not email the invoice out like it is suppose to when the job is complete. You are right like a lot of companies these days we are under staffed right now and are doing our best to respond to each of our customers as fast as we can. Please be patient with us and we will get back to you as soon as we can. We value all of our customers needs no matter how small or big the projects are. Safety rails installed
I sent in a picture of the shower and called to confirm it was a shower insert
I wanted a safety bar installed for my mother
Lucas was not able to find a clear signal on where we wanted the bar. All agreed not to drill holes.
Lucas sent a like for no drill safety bars.
I would URGE company to offer this advice to customers

Unresponsive, Unprofessional
Hired them to pick up some items and take to the junkyard. Were extremely responsive prior to and up to agreeing to do the job. Once job was scheduled, ZERO communication. ZERO response. We called 12x over 3 days, left MULTIPLE voicemails, and yet no response. We called using 4 different numbers in case they just weren't answering for me. I called other ACE Handyman franchises (Mpls, SF, Omaha) and had them try to get ahold of this company, with no luck. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have hired a different company to complete the job, since this company can't take a moment to answer the phone or call me back. They did not complete the job, so they will not be getting paid.
