Bud and JohnMark (who was shadowing Bud) came out to my house this week. I had an assortment of small projects that needed to be done such as hardwiring smoke detectors, replacing a garbage disposal, replacing outdoor light timer…the list goes on. Both men were professional, knowledgeable and precise. They arrived on time and started their jobs almost immediately. I’m grateful for all the tasks they accomplished in one morning and I plan on hiring them back for my next project.

Matt kept me informed about his arrival time, was friendly and professional and completed the job in less time than I expected. I definitely will continue to use Ace Handyman for home improvement projects. I'm very satisfied.

Bud arrived on time. Changed the bathroom faucet out. Changed out the lock on the shed. He was very helpful, explained the reasons behind the repairs he made. Very pleasant to work with.

Matt was prompt in arriving. He was GREAT! Has wonderful work ethic, was polite and very professional. Took pride in what he was doing and he was friendly. Have to add a plus for Kathy in the office. She made sure the pricing was understood.

Matt is AWESOME!! He is efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable. This is the 3rd time we have had him out and we have been extremely happy with his work. Also happy with Kathy who schedules Matt. She has also been very helpful and has great suggestions! Very happy we found these two!!

I had a kitchen and bathroom faucet replaced. Both were older and not the easiest to remove. Matt did an awesome job with both and even cleaned up the mess. They look and work great. I was extremely satisfied with his knowledge and skill. He answered any questions I had and was very nice. They were upfront with pricing and actually came in at less time. They are honest and professional. They were really good at confirming the appointment and letting me know when Matt was on the way. On the initial call Kathy was great to talk to as well. She explaining everything in detail and was very pleasant. I will call them again if the need arises and I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Bud and John were at our place for about 3 hours. They arrived on time and successfully completed each project on our list. They were professional and good problem solvers, even using their own fasteners when they thought the ones supplied with the items to be installed were insufficient. We would definitely use them in the future.

Once again, Bud earned 5 stars for his promptness, attention to detail and communication throughout the project. He was fixing our baseboard and the drywall above it, which required sanding, filling, sawing and nailing. His trainee, John Mark, was also meticulous and thorough. They were both kind and patient with our 2 overly friendly dogs. They cleaned up and finished in less time than we expected. We think it is time Bud moved in with us to handle those little projects that come up from time to time. The dogs want more attention, too.
