Quality craftsmanship, but...
Builders showed up on time, and did a good job. Very polite and respectful. It's the way labor charges are figured. Going by the invoice, I not only paid $110/hr for their lunch breaks,two of them, but also their transit times to and from lowes twice. And on the 2nd day only one worker came to finish and it took twice as long. In conclusion I'm happy with the job, just not the way billing is handled.

We have reviewed the craftsman time sheets and have concluded that you do indeed deserve a refund for lunch breaks. This is something we do not intentionally do and will continue to train our craftsmen, so this does not happen again. We appreciate your honesty and are happy that you are enjoying your newly screened in patio.
