Let me start off by thanking you and we truly value your business over the past year. With regards to the app, it allows the customer to see the estimated time of arrival but unfortunately it does not constantly update like google maps for traffic delays or construction closures. We are working on that. We take it to heart that our Craftsman arrive on the job when we say they will, and if there is a delay to the arrival time they call the customer like our craftsman had professionally done with you. We do apologize for the early morning delay while enroute to your home. With todays market affecting availability of materials, rising costs, fuel increases, etc. that is why we had no choice but to adjust to the market conditions. Keeping the best interest in mind of our customers and professional craftsman, the minimum two hours was put in place to actually keep cost down in lieu of trying to make a one hour trip work for both parties especially with today's fuel costs. We always encourage the customer when scheduling an appointment to accumulate and fill up a list of items for us to be helpful with so when our professional craftsman is at the home they have that list to work on in that two hour time frame. Once again thank you for being a repeat customer, our entire team values your business.
