Techs came back twice to complete a difficult job, with no extra charge. Everything's fine now.

I had dry wall repaired and painted due to a water leak. Andrew did an outstanding job. I am very pleased. Andrew was very professional and friendly. I would most definitely use this company again. And I would ask for Andrew again.

The technician listened to what we wanted, gave us our best options, and did the job quickly, thoroughly and cleaned up after himself. He was very knowledgeable and could answer any questions I had as well. I will use again and recommend to friends!

Well, update to last review=back to 5 stars. The mgr and tech came to explain and adj some things. We r now in total agreement on everything concerning this job. And, they really r very nice people! I will b using them again-next month. And the next... All my projects... I feel like I can trust them and that's most important. You guys Rock!! TY!

Well, after 'discussing' and coming to an agreement concerning the time on the job-the company and myself, I thought ok, I am done. But, the materials charge was Outrageous! We are working on that. More to come When this is resolved. I want everyone to know that the mark up for materials is 50% tho! Oh My Gosh, hi but I can live with it since I failed to ask that question b4 the handyman 'bought' the materials...I was thinking 20% which is acceptable and should be w/in 'normal range'. But, BUT-for 5 small things-nails/caulk/1 10' piece of 1/2 inch pvc pipe and another small item, I was charged 380.00+!! And, the total if I picked them up would be around103.00 + the small item-around 120.00 max. According to My math, that is Way more than 50% mark up. Another call-let's check into that. The estimator was standing at my shoulder, looking at the computer with me-approving what I had on order so far, when I said what kind of caulk and nails?? my order was open for just this reason-I wanted to get the right things. Then he said-oh dont worry about it, I'll just pick those up-Dont Ever go for that! This is turning out to be quite a lot for a disabled old lady to handle. Take ur time. Get as many estimates as u can...get all the materials needed for the job and if the estimators wont help u with that-go to another company that will. Yes, there w/b surprises but if possible, get ur own additional materials-everywhere has free pick up and usually within 2 hours, or have them delivered if something else can be done and then come back to the issue. Granted, the people here are very nice. But if you have several issues, it can become frustrating quickly. I am becoming frustrated.

Arrived on site when agreed, was polite and courteous. The jobs were completed very well. He made sure that we liked what he did, cleaned up well. I would definitely use this service again.

Andrew was extremely professional in every way! He arrived on time and was ready to start the project immediately. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and very courteous! I will make sure that I give a good reference for him to my neighbors, friends and family! I will make sure that for any more of my other projects I will be calling Andrew! A+++ job!

Andy was punctual and polite. I was given a heads up email and text the day before and day of which I appreciate. He changed my kitchen faucet, bathroom flush mounts ( domes), outside floodlights and took off the wicked bolts that were stuck on my toilet. Thanks so much! I will recommend this company.

Andrew was on time-a few minutes early so I didnt have to 'wonder'. He was polite, attentive, did not attempt to make me feel like I knew much less than I do even tho most do, was very courteous, looked me in the eye and I am very pleased.
