The associate/repairman arrived as scheduled (full disclosure, they were available a bit early and contacted me to confirm earlier was ok. Yes!). Job details can be lost in translation over the phone, but your associate quickly and accurately apprised the job and made the adjustments on the spot without any fuss whatsoever. Price quote all appropriate for scope of work. Great work ethic. He was courteous and addressed my concerns clearly and appropriately. His work was spot-on and cleaned up. I would give the highest recommendation for this associate and would request him on any future projects. My only negative is that I wish I knew about your service offerings sooner! ;-)

I have had a great experience with Ace Handyman services. Their people have been knowledgeable, courteous, and conscientious. They did great work and totally cleaned up everything. I will be using them again.

First of all, the office interface to the serviceman was excellent. The coordinator, Teri , was pleasant and courteous in all correspondence. The estimate and scheduling was done in a timely manner. The craftsman was also excellent. Daniel informed of his coming arrival and was on time. He was courteous and attentive to detail, listening to the requests of the job. His work was outstanding and he thoroughly cleaned the area before he left. I would give the highest recommendation for the quality of his work.

We had a problem with a rain leak and called. Ace went above and beyond getting us into line for help way ahead of normal scheduling. Carlos came out and did the jobs that needed to be done in an excellent manner. I will use this service again. I rate them excellent.

Had Jon come and complete a myriad of procrastinated odd jobs that I had accumulated over many months/years. He was very familiar with all the tasks I presented him with and managed to complete with no mess or fuss. The entire day was a blessing for me to get this done and really appreciated all their help...would definitely use their services again! Examples of tasks were: 1) Buy & Install new screen door 2) Caulk tub & fix shower curtain rod 3) Install tile that had fallen off bathroom wall 4) Repair 'skirting' that had deteriorated on sunroom 'add-on' 5) Add mulch in backyard and fix a gutter drain that was damaged 6) and apply some astro-type carpeting turf to step/landing outside back patio....

John came to repair loose spindles on a curved staircase and did an amazing job. He sent a text to let me know when he was arriving and showed up right on time, was courteous and professional at all times. The spindles are more secure now than when the stairs were first built and all of the hardware used is completely concealed. I would use this service and this handyman again in a heartbeat.
