I did not even know Ace had a Handyman service and I needed someone to get in there ASAP to complete some work on my rental property. They had a cancelation and was able to accommodate me by getting someone in there within 1 week. I had the pleasure of dealing with Carlos who went above and beyond to make sure the job was done. I would recommend them to anyone that needs to have work done. He had to come out a couple of times as we were waiting on the Mud to dry before he was able to paint and instead of just getting it done he wanted to make sure that it was done and done right. Ace Handyman Services was recommended to us by our neighbors who had used them several times and were pleased. Our experience was a positive one as well, from scheduling with Denise, the estimation with Chris and the repair with Daniel. Daniel was at the job on time, very personable and did a great job on the siding repair. He left the area clean and went over the repair with me when he was finished. We won’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

They were very punctual and maintained their time expectation. They respected our home. Services provided were outside lighting; replaced rotted boards, caulking, and repainted; fixed a broken kitchen shelf; and helped with a dishwasher removal and repair. They identified some other issues outside that didn't need immediate attention, but we will definitely contact them this spring.

This contracted work scope included repair of ceilings and walls, retexturing of ceilings and walls and repainting as needed. ACE Handyman Services personnel arrived at the job site as planned and immediately went to work following a job orientation by the owner. After the second day, Kyle completed the remainder of the scope of work outlined in the contract. Kyle always arrived at the work location as required and frequently worked late to ensure the project was completed on time. Kyle is a superb professional and a highly-skilled craftsman and is near the top of his profession. Kyle was very congenial and and always offered options and advice to the homeowner regarding what should be accomplished next. Kyle is the best we have ever seen in this business and his hard work reflects great credit on himself and ACE handyman Services.

I had 2 ceiling light fixtures removed and replaced. The electrician arrived right on time, was very polite, and went right to work. I had questions about a couple of other issues in my home. He was able to provide an estimate and reassurance on those, and managed to have the lights installed and the area cleaned up in less than an hour. The installation included hanging a bunch of little prisms on the fixtures, which I had halfway expected to have to do myself. Unfortunately, I failed to get his name, but I would be glad to have this young soccer dad back any time.

After dealing with a couple of negative remodeling situations and repair people, I found Ace and have used them a couple of times this year. They are scheduled to do a kitchen remodel later this year but I needed the kitchen window that was special ordered installed prior to the scheduled remodel so that siding could be put on the house. Laurie had it scheduled as quickly as possible, and while it was challenging - not just a simple replacement, but a relocation - Chris and Brandon were up to the challenge and did a fantastic job with the install and then repair of the old window opening. Really looking forward to the kitchen remodel as they have proved their expertise, are trustworthy, very accommodating and professional. Highly recommend.
