Carlos was personable and quick to analyze my repair needs (along with description from Laurie who had been out to assess the requested project). I had a gate and short stretch of fence (built in the 50's as part of the house) allowing back yard access between the house and detached garage. It had become unlevel over the years due to settling of the house and eventually the board with the latch had fallen off. He was able to level the two sides, reattach the detached board and line up the latch, and paint the added top board, etc. It was a little more complicated repairing, probably, than if I had requested everything to be replaced, but what he did is what I wanted, and meets my needs as I had envisioned. Plus the cost was reasonable for me more than if I had requested starting from scratch. I appreciated that both Laurie and Carlos were attuned to what I had envisioned. I will be using these services again, as needed.

Daniel and Jon arrived on time to install a window AC unit on the second floor of a 100-year old house. The window was of the crank type and not a simple installation. Daniel and Jon worked together as a team and did a very nice job. This is not the first job that ACE Handyman has done for me, and it won't be the last, as I have plenty more to do. I really appreciated that Laurel has now added a dispatcher to handle the scheduling and customer coordination. That is a welcome addition to their team and works well!

Chris called beforehand, was prompt, communicated, friendly, patient, and VERY efficient. I had a double-deadbolt lock installed and he did EXACTLY what was promised, then made sure everything was right. He cleaned up any mess made, too. We will be using Chris again soon for another project.

As always, Jon did an excellent job of replacing a bathroom sink. He always goes above and beyond and makes sure the job is done right. He has done other jobs for us and we will always request him.

Carlos completed the entire list of tasks. He got creative on the bathroom exhaust fan and saved a return trip. He is knowledgeable and has diverse skills as he completed electrical, plumbing and carpentry work. I have already referred your company and Carlos specifically.

Chris did an AMAZING job! Did everything that I wanted. Jim did a fantastic job on my back patio stairs. Jim had a slight hiccup with the kitchen sink & faucet install, but worked through it. I will definitely use them again. Bravo!!!

After years of hiring “so-so” at best contractors, I have finally found a company that did everything I expected and then some! From receiving a quote quickly, to everyone showing up on time, the work done professionally and efficiently, and all of my questions were answered through the project. I loved how well the space was cleaned afterwards so all I have to do is enjoy our remodeled bathroom (drywall repair, new flooring, new vanity, mirrors & hardware, and painting). I will call them again for future projects.
