A Wrong Assumption
We had asked that the washer and dryer be stacked with the receptionist the week prior who took our request. So then why would the handyman show up himself with no help to stack the washer/dryer. To assume a homeowner or other able bodied person would be there to help him do his job is presumptuous. Why would I pay a handyman to do half of his job?

Seems there was a mis-communication as there was no stacking kit supplied as was discussed. Also they thought you did not want to incur the cost of a helper. Hope you have a great holiday!

Great Job
Carl built a mudroom for us and did a terrific job! He had insightful recommendations, was prompt, friendly and did quality work at a fair price. I will be calling Ace again for any home upgrade jobs that I have!

Ace Handyman continues to be prompt, professional and clean. Dan was onsite to fix a leak in the shower. The shower is a show piece that we rave about to all friends and family.

Always great service and professional
My service man was Dan, again, and he always does an exceptional job. He comes in and is very pleasant and works diligently to get the jobs done. I needed a door shimmed to passover a bath mat in a bathroom because the builder didn't allow for it so Dan fixed it in seconds for me. I also needed a blind by the front door so Dan put that up and asked how I wanted it placed which was very nice. A great job all the way around and he always cleans up before he leaves. Thank you.
