Efficient and service minded.....
I was so pleasantly surprised with my first experience, I had them back again for a drop ceiling replacement. Very good work by David. Time efficient and knowledgeable of the work that needed to be done. Very happy and will have them back to complete so other work in my remodel.

Never sent quote after meeting
Dave came out and looked at the area where I wanted a deck built. He was very friendly, and said he'd have a quote to me by 10/25/2021. Unfortunately I never received a quote or an explanation.

Hi Dylan - as discussed the quote was sent to the wrong email address immediately following my visit - we answer the phones live Monday through Friday - a quick call to check in on your quote could have avoided giving us a 1 star review for not following up as we do pride ourselves on thorough follow-up Thanks Dave

Quality Service
Received service to install screen doors within existing tracks for Pella Patio Sliding doors which are no longer available. Ace assisted with locating replacement tracks, purchase of doors and an unusual and difficult installation. Everyone with Ace Handyman from Scheduler thru Techs were very responsive, professional and completed quality services.

I called, set up a meeting, they came, and to this day still have no quote or reply. Nice and friendly guy though.

The Craftsman that visited you back in April when this happened is no longer employed here - I assume as he left this was an action that didn't get followed! Left worksite materials, did not clean up mess good in workplace. Rough edges on drywall very noticeable when painted. Had 3 different workers on a very small job.
