High quality repair work
Carl fixed the mortar on my steps, matching the color in 2 separate areas. I am extremely pleased. Looks great and turned out so much better than expected.

Tim provided high quality service. Completed the job and things look great.
Tim worked diligently. He repaired the problems that another person from another company had created. Toilet is now level and does not wobble. I give Tim the highest rating that can be given. He spent the time to scroll the shoe molding so it would fit perfectly. Cleaned up thoroughly before leaving.

Very flexible and reasonably priced
I had 2 jobs done in 1 week. They built a deck for my backyard, built a Pergola kit, and patio furniture. They also put my shutters back on my home and fixed my dryer vent and put covers on. It was done in a timely manner and the price was reasonable. The communication was great from everyone involved at ACE. Dave, Dineen, Tim and James were all great. I will use them in the future.

Excellent project planning and estimating
We are in the beginning phase of repairing our property from a huge fallen tree which took out deck, dock, electrical and irrigation systems. Dave brought his team of craftsmen to put together an estimate for repair. They are knowledgeable, professional,courteous and punctual. We could not be happier with them.

We had a remarkable experience overall. There was an initial consult encompassing the scope of work (i.e., window trim, roof fascia, flashing, drain line). Tim was professional, personable, worked quickly, and provided quality exterior home repair. He was also transparent about costs and material. We certainly appreciate the level of integrity and care from Ace Handyman Services LKN - will use again.

High quality service
Our entire experience from start to finish was great. Every person we spoke to from scheduling to dispatch to day of work was professional and helpful. The day of the work our handyman talked about different options and saved us money. It was a great relief to know the work was done right and with cost savings.

Great quality
Tim repaired the trim board over the runoff area of our balcony that was coming loose and discolored. He explained the fix and cost clearly, took care while painting and working around flowering bushes and plants to not damage anything. You can tell Tim cares about customer satisfaction. The office answered my call right away and got me set up and then settled up very efficiently. Both Tim and the office were pleasant to talk to and didn’t waste any time. I would highly recommend Tim and Ace Handyman.
