I left a message at Ace requesting information about installing a shower door. The franchise owner called me back very quickly and walked through the process, the person he would select to do the work, and pointed out that all his Handymen are his employees not contractors. Upon scheduling, he asked for pics of the bathroom and door info so his guy would know what he would be doing. I had Ryan show up on time to install a high end shower door. He was very professional, did a great job, and cleaned up the work site really well. Overall great experience; good job Ace Handyman Services.

They arrived on time and we’re knowledgeable about how to quickly make the installation of replacement vent on the second story outside of our house. They worked safely and carefully. Ace Handyman services did quite a large project for the outside of our home. They refinished both front and back porches, installed a new front door, and prepped the front wall of the house for new stone installation. Throughout the process, Dave, James, Lexie, and the team were promptly on time, they were responsive when I had questions and they delivered everything we requested. I never had to follow up with the team or chase them down. They always answered the phone and showed up when scheduled. They use tracking technology so you know who is coming and when they are on their way to your home. The work was performed with quality in mind and everyone was great about making recommendations and providing design ideas from past experiences. We are thrilled with the outcome and our neighbors all comment on how nice the house looks now. Overall I've struggled to find reliable help for work around the house and Ace Handyman Services was a great find. I'm sure to use them again for future projects.
