Polite but could be mire knowledgeable. Also, very pricey!! Especially since we bought product at ACE HARDWARE. Disabled and elderly peoples sometimes cannot physically work some of the projects and feel stuck to pay the high fees

Outstanding service. we have used this service twice with excellent results both times. John the technician is also a craftsman. He does great work. I have been pleased with everything. We’ve given him a small list of things each time and he’s been able to take care of them all. The office staff is extremely helpful and professional. I would recommend this service and have to my friends and family.

Great experience. Only thing is he says Ace can't do the baseboard around the house which would need to be done before the steps. Explained everything and listened to my questions and concerns. Much appreciated

Couldn't be happier. Ras and Dan were on time and very professional. They worked on my in-house door adjustments (including bi-fold doors). Would recommend them, especially those two.

The bid was to replace the front and back door and take off the storm doors and replace them when the front and back doors were installed. I was told that the bid would cover replacing four doors and would take eight hours for two workers. The front door was replaced fairly well but the deadbolt was improperly installed. The storm door was removed and I was advised that it would not fit back on the front or back door. This would mean that two doors were not replaced. The back door has several problems. The door hits the frame due to improper installation. The door threshold is not supported and bends when it is stepped on which will ruin the aluminum threshold. The deadbolt was improperly installed in the back door as well. I was charged for the full eight hours for two employees (almost $2000) and the storm doors were not replaced and the work was not done well.
